I began remodeling and designing homes in 2008, driven by a passion for creating spaces that truly reflect my customers' needs and lifestyles. I am dedicated to providing the best experience possible, combining creativity with a hardworking approach to ensure every project is completed to the highest quality standards. What Our Clients Say

  • Condo refresh Del Mar- I used Kulbir "Ken" Singh to redo my newly purchased condo. I am exceptionally satisfied with the work, attention to detail, and price. Ken installed a new electric panel, new tile in kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace. He also installed can lights and ceiling fans, and electrical outlets and switches. We had an extensive amount of ceiling and drywall work repair, as well as painting. It takes more work than you realize to refresh a condo because you never know what is under the wallboard, ceiling, and floors. We also had Toto toilets with Washlets and sinks installed, as well as bathroom lighting. Ken enjoys a reasonable challenge, so I gave him one. The bathrooms were back to back walls with no windows. This meant that moisture accumulates, even with high cfm exhaust fans. We developed a plan where we took fresh air from a newly made ceiling return duct just inside the entry door, and then forced that fresh air into the bath/washer/dryer room. We utilized a high end Panasonic fan designed for such purposes. Next, Ken put a small sliding window above the shower, which opened into the adjacent bathroom. Essentially, fresh air is blown into one bathroom and then exhausts the first bathroom into the second bathroom. Now, the air could circulate, and I just leave on the fan whenever I'm gone. It it quiet, and uses very little electricity. Ken designed the routing system for the ductwork. Now, no more musty smell! Ken also installed natural gas lines for a range and clothes dryer. This is more difficult when you have to retrofit the piping in the narrow confines of a condo. I also had Ken do a lot of trim work, including things left undone by the window contractors. Ken even assembled some furniture and hooked up the dryer and gas stove. In short, I was very well satisfied with the work and price, but more importantly, I trust him. Nowadays, the peace of mind that comes with trusting a contractor is priceless. I highly recommend Ken Singh if you are in Del Mar.
